Carefully selected Lambrusco grapes: Ancellotta, Ruberti and Salamino.
Origin of grape:
Sabbioneta - Mantova.
Wine making process:
Fermented partly in Autoclave (Charmat Method), and partly fermented in the bottled (Traditional Method).
Characteristics:
A ruby red wine with a distinctive bouquet of violet, strawberry and blackcurrant. Perfectly full-bodied with a dry, fresh taste which leaves a wonderful, lasting sensation to the palate.
Classification: Sparkling wine.
Alcohol content: 10 - 10,5%
Serving temperature: 15/18 °C (59-64 °F)
Consume within: The vintage year.
Ideal with:
All pasta dishes, consommé, char grilled meat, cured pork meat and roast meat. |
