A selection of Lambrusco grapes, Ruberti, Salamino and Marani.

Poggio Rusco, Quingentole and neighbouring zone.
Wine making process:
Fermented for a long period of time at a constantly controlled temperature.
Characteristics:
An intense ruby red, violet and strawberry bouquet with a delicate, fresh taste. Heavy bodied but not aggressive, on the contrary, it is light and drinkable immediately.
Classification: Sparkling wine.
Alcohol content: 10%
Serving temperature: 15/18 °C (59-64 °F)
Consume within: The vintage year.
