Fermented for a long period of time at a low temperature.
Carattere:
A very intense ruby red with a bouquet of violet, cherry and currant. A perfect body matched with a fresh, delicate taste. A pleasurable, balanced and long lasting taste.
Classification: Sparkling wine.
Alcohol content: 10,5%
Serving temperature: 15/18 °C  (59-64 °F)
Consume within:
The vintage year.
Ideal with:
All pasta dishes, consommé, char grilled meat, cured pork meat and roast meat.
