BACCANTE
Quality:
Natural sparkling Mantuan DOC Lambrusco.
Type of grapes:
Careful selection of the Lambrusco grapes of the Ancellota, Marani, Salamino and Sorbara varieties.
Source:
Sabbioneta (Mantua).
Vinification:
6 to 8 days' maceration at a controlled temperature of 18 - 20 degrees C. Medium to long fermentation follows - also at a controlled temperature.
Character:
Ruby-red coloured wine with a bouquet of violets, black currants and wild cherries. It is full-bodied, harmonic and smooth and leaves a pleasing, lasting and well-balanced taste on the palate.
Elaboration:
The effervescence is obtained using the classical method for the production of sparkling wines.
Alcohol content: 10,5%
Serve: 10/12 °C
To be drunk: Within two years.
Serve with:
Soups and pastas, grilled meat, cold sliced meats and roasts. |
