Everyday, our passion and dedication in our work continues and these qualities can be found in our products.
To fulfill these commitments, we are specialized in the preparation of sparkling wines.
We maintain two working methods:
- fermentation in the bottle (Classic Method)
- fermentation in autoclave (Charmat Method).
Our main product is Lambrusco Mantovano D.O.C. (a label guaranteeing the quality and origin of a wine).
We produce wines using the same typology, but our wines differ by the quality of grape or the origin of grape.
The origin of the grapes we use are of the highest quality of D.O.C. wines. Our production is small because we believe in quality, not quantity.

Currently, we are extending our vineyards to satisfy the increasing demands of our wine.
