Evaluation:
Three bunches: wine of good level and particular fineness.
Comment:
It's a good version of this lambrusco, which shows a nice, intense ruby red and an appreciable
winey smell with a pleasurable bouquet of red fruit and cherry. To the taste it's well bodied,
fresh and lively, pleasant and well-balanced. Suitable to the dishes of local tradition. The
vintage takes places between September and October, depending on the ripening level of the grapes.
The wine-making requires a prolonged maceration. Maturation is in steel and refinement in bottle.
